Terms of service

Rank.st is a product-ranking service. These Terms cover product listings, paid placements, Support payments, accounts and referrals.

For listing concerns, use the report form on the product page. For payment or privacy requests, contact support@rank.st.

A confirmed payment adds its stated bid amount to one product listing on the board chosen at checkout. Placement depends on competing bids when payment confirms.

• Rank.st is paid promotion, not an independent recommendation or certification.
• A rank is not fixed: another product can pay more and move ahead.
• We do not promise clicks, customers, revenue or any particular result.

You must be an adult and able to enter a binding agreement. You may list a public destination or pay to raise an existing one, including as a supporter. Paying for another person’s listing does not give you ownership or editorial control. You must provide accurate details, have the right to submit any content you provide, and not impersonate the owner or misuse another person’s rights.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. A third-party payment processor handles card payments; we do not store full card numbers. A payment affects only the selected board after confirmation. All-time and Today have separate balances. Today resets at midnight UTC. A quote or open checkout does not reserve a rank; later payments can change it. Support adds to a paid bid without guaranteeing a position.

All payments are final and not refundable. This includes being outranked, a daily reset, a category you dislike, or fewer clicks or sales than hoped.

• If we remove a listing because the submitter broke these Terms, that removal does not create a refund right.
• If our error prevents a compliant paid listing from being published, contact us for a remedy or refund.
• Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude still apply. We may consider other requests individually.

A report or hidden listing does not by itself entitle anyone to a refund.

Do not submit adult or sexually explicit destinations, illegal or exploitative material, scams, phishing, malware, impersonation, infringing material, deceptive redirects, or content barred by our payment provider. Do not submit group invitations or short links that conceal a destination. Do not manipulate bids, traffic, referrals, reports, or the submission service. Products in regulated sectors must comply with the rules that apply to them.

Listings may be reviewed before or after publication. We may refuse, correct, recategorize, hide or remove a listing if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, or creates a legal, safety or reputational risk.

A hidden listing no longer appears on public boards, and its Rank.st outbound link stops working. Publication does not mean we have approved or endorsed the product. Reports and payment disputes are considered individually.

If you provide a supporter name or remark, it appears publicly with your contribution amount in the listing’s payment history. Leave the name blank to appear as Anonymous supporter. Do not include private information, links, threats, or unlawful content. We may remove a remark that breaks these terms.

The service may be unavailable or contain errors. We may change features, categories, prices and ranking rules. The rules shown at checkout govern that payment except where law or a safety issue requires a change. We will identify material changes on these pages.

These terms do not remove non-waivable consumer or privacy rights. Disputes and remedies remain subject to applicable law. No statement on Rank.st is a guarantee that a third-party product is safe, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.
